Morel Farm - The Chapel

Sitting within a range of historic farm buildings, in rural St Lawrence, a former potato store known colloquially as “The Chapel” dates from slightly later than the rest of Morel Farm, its gable end containing a small belfry which has a bell inscribed “John Morel 1837”.

Like the Bakehouse it has been beautifully renovated and now offers luxurious self-catering accommodation for two.

As with the Farmhouse, sustainability has been championed, with electric heating throughout.  Three chargers are available for electric vehicles, shared with the other 2 houses.

Accommodation

The property offers a small but comfortable lounge with kitchen and dining area. A staircase leads up to a double bedroom.

Bathroom facilities are downstairs. There is a TV in the lounge and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

There is access to a walled garden which is shared with the rest of the Farmstead.

NOTE: The Chapel is not recommended for those with mobility issues as access is through a cobbled courtyard.

Bedrooms is on the first floor and up stairs, so this property is not wheelchair friendly should you be looking to stay.
